What makes extreme cashmere x different from other cashmere brands?
Our garments are crafted from the highest quality Mongolian goat hair. Unlike traditional brands, we design unisex, one-size-fits-all pieces that are intended to be durable, long-lasting, and inclusive of all body types.
How should I wash and care for my cashmere?
We recommend machine washing your cashmere on a wool program (30Ā°C, 600 rpm) using a wool detergent. Always use a laundry bag and lay the garment flat to dry to maintain its shape.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I deal with pilling?
Pilling is a natural process for high-quality cashmere. We include a cashmere comb with every order; simply glide it over the surface of the fabric to remove any small bobbles and restore the smooth finish.
